Where are you located?

We are a small business operating online in Thames, New Zealand. 

I need a part that I can't find on your website, who do I contact? 

Our friendly sales team are always happy to help. If we are unable to help, we will do our best to point you in the direction of someone who can. Send us an email at sales@motorvated.co.nz and we will see what we can do!

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, not at this stage. We only ship nationwide within New Zealand.

I just placed an order, how long until you ship it? 

We know there's nothing more painful than the wait for your online order so we aim to move quickly to get your order out the door. Orders are shipped the next business day. 

What courier service do you use? 

We use New Zealand Couriers. 

Are you a drop shipping business?

No, we hold all our stock. Although it was an idea before Motorvated was born, we decided to hold all the stock to minimize any shipment delays to keep the customers happy!  

Can I collect my order? 

Great question! We do not have a collection point yet (possibly in the future) however we do have some delivery options.

  • If you live in Thames, we offer free next business day delivery.
  • Standard shipping charges apply to those outside of Thames. 

I have returned an order, why have I been charged a 20% restocking fee? 

You may be surprised to learn that this is quite normal for most businesses. We charge this fee to cover the costs associated with processing the return such as transaction fees, inspecting the item, restocking it for sale, and in some cases, repackaging the item. 

Can I cancel or edit my order? 

If you require any changes to your order, please email sales@motorvated.co.nz as soon as possible and we will be in touch with the outcome.
