Where are you located?

We are a small business operating online in Thames, New Zealand. 

I need a part that I can't find on your website, who do I contact? 

Our friendly sales team are always happy to help. If we don't have it in stock, we can do a special order for you. Send us an email at sales@motorvated.co.nz and we will see what we can do!

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, not at this stage. We only ship nationwide within New Zealand.

I just placed an order, how long until you ship it? 

We know there's nothing more painful than the wait for your online order so we aim to move quickly to get your order out the door. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

What courier service do you use? 

We use New Zealand post as we have found it the most reliable with fast delivery times for our customers.

Can I collect my order? 

Yes! If you select collection at checkout, one of our friendly team members will be in touch with you to organise pick up.

I have returned an order, why have I been charged a 20% restocking fee? 

You may be surprised to learn that this is quite normal for most businesses. We charge this fee to cover the costs associated with processing the return such as transaction fees, inspecting the item, restocking it for sale, and in some cases, repackaging the item. 

Can I cancel or edit my order? 

If you require any changes to your order, please email sales@motorvated.co.nz as soon as possible. We will be in touch with the outcome.
