REFUNDS & RETURNS
All Motorvated customers are protected under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. We will happily accept your return and provide you with an exchange, store credit, or refund providing you meet the following terms and conditions.
Please note, this excludes electrical items (further information below).
- You MUST provide proof of purchase and return the item within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
- All returned item(s) will incur a restocking fee which is 20% of the original price purchased unless proven faulty.
- All returned item(s) must be in original packaging, brand new condition with labels, and must not be used, fitted or damaged. All returned items are subject to inspection by Motovated and can be rejected if it does not meet our return terms and conditions.
- Customers are 100% responsible for covering the costs of returning the products to Motorvated unless the product is proven faulty or damaged.
- We do not provide refunds on 'change of mind' or 'change of circumstance' purchases so please choose carefully.
- We do not accept returns on electrical items. All electrical items are tested after being manufactured and are in working order when they are shipped out. If in the unlikely event your item is faulty, we will work with you to provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Purchaser has full responsibility for ensuring the correct part has been purchased prior to installation. Motorvated recommends any new replacement part be compared to the old part, prior to installation to ensure it is the correct part for your application. Check all parts before removing from packaging. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect and verify the parts/product supplied match the dimensions and specifications for the intended use or fit.
- Motorvated shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damage, loss of profits or revenue, costs of purchased goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and /or result from sale or installation of any parts sold.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping refunds are completely at the discretion of Motorvated and will only occur if the product is proven faulty, damaged, or due to an error caused by Motorvated.
- Refunds are not provided for any products that have been misused or altered in any way.
