When will my order be shipped?
We know there's nothing more painful than the wait for your online order so we aim to move quickly to get your order out the door. Items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your order has been processed.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand at a standard rate of $14.50.
Please note that larger or bulkier items may incur additional shipping charges. Any applicable surcharges will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Please allow 1–4 business days for delivery to business and residential addresses within standard delivery zones. Deliveries to rural or non-urban areas may require additional time beyond this timeframe. Due to factors out of our control, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time frame as courier delays could impact this.
Do you have a store to pick up?
We do not have a physical retail store; however, we do offer the option to collect your order from Thames. If you wish to arrange collection, please select “Pick up in Thames” at checkout. Our friendly sales team will contact you directly to coordinate a collection date/time.
Do you ship parcels out on the weekend?
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday).
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during this time will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
I want to return an item, will you refund my shipping?
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on shipping due to the service being completed. If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the costs of doing so unless the product is proven faulty*. See our refunds & returns page for more info.
